We are Antonio and Yani — two brothers and Florida locals born and raised in Orlando, FL but who now call New Smyrna Beach our second home.
By profession we are small family business owners offering motorcoach transportation in the beautiful State of Florida. Our parents started the business over 35 years ago but have since retired. We have always been passionate about taking care of our loved ones and cherishing our time together. We purchased this home to continue creating wonderful memories with them and hope to now share the same with you and your families.
Hosting is something we truly enjoy and we hope you feel the love that was put into this home. We welcome you with open arms and hope you enjoy your stay with us!

Antonio's place is amazing and he was a fantastic host. The house is better than advertised. The backyard is an oasis; the house is steps from the beach; and a very short walk to the restaurants, shops and bars on Flagler. We are already looking to rebook a stay for next year!
This was an incredible Airbnb owned by an incredible, responsive, and flexible host. Me and my friends were able to have a peaceful, fun, carefree weekend in our favorite beach town and we barely wanted to leave the house! I would recommend this home to anyone and everyone. Cannot wait to visit soon!
Antonio's home was absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect, the hot tub was a great addition, and the beds were so very comfy! Everyone in our group loved the showers — the master bathroom has a gorgeous double-headed shower. Thank you for hosting us! Would absolutely rebook again!!
Excellent experience all around — do not hesitate to stay here. We had the family for a week (10 people) and everyone was very happy with the house, amenities, and location. You can tell that Antonio put a lot of thought into making the stay memorable. He was very responsive and helpful. Definitely 5/5 stars.
Great location and fantastic amenities — a beautifully constructed new home. The pool and hot tub were excellent and the proximity to the beach and Flagler Ave made for a great long weekend stay. Our group of 8 adults were comfortably accommodated and we look forward to returning again soon! Thank you Antonio and Yani!
I cannot recommend this place enough. Antonio was very responsive and above and beyond with accommodations. Our family felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door. They had everything you could think of for cooking, entertaining, and even lots of things for our young kids to enjoy!

Yes — right garage spot, driveway, and front yard grass. Street parking is prohibited and may result in fines or towing.
Pool heating is available for $40 per day of your stay. The hot tub is always available and controlled from a tablet in the kitchen. Want things pre-heated for your arrival? Just message us.
Our cancellation policy is set by us and reflected in your booking on Airbnb or VRBO. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific terms.
Small gatherings of registered guests are welcome. Large parties or gatherings exceeding the stated guest capacity are not permitted.
Please keep outdoor music and noise at a considerate level after 10:00 PM. This is a residential neighborhood.
